President takes workshop to Monaghan
The President's third regional 'Being Young and Irish' workshop will take place in Monaghan later.
President Michael D Higgins is expected to address more than 100 young people aged between 17 and 26 at St Macartan's College at 11am.
This is the third in a series of workshops President Higgins will conduct throughout the country, where he will find out from young people what their vision is for Ireland's future.
