US secretary of state Hillary Clinton will speak about bilateral, transatlantic and world affairs on a visit to Dublin, Belfast, London and Moscow this month.
The US State Department said that in Belfast, Mrs Clinton would stress America’s commitment to the North's prosperity and emphasise US support for the peace process.
Her visit to Moscow will be to discuss progress on a successor agreement to the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty and co-operation on non-proliferation and counter-terror, the department said.
