Former Irish tech group Baltimore has come under fire from shareholders represented by Acquisitor Holdings who demand answers on "accounting issues".
Baltimore reports full-year figures on Wednesday and had intended to provide details of its long-awaited strategic review.
Acquisitor Holdings is attempting to remove the present Baltimore board and said it expected a very clear, audited set of numbers.
The firm upped its stake in Baltimore to 11.2% on Friday and called for an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on changes to the Board.
The company has 21 days to respond to the EGM request and analysts believe it could name that date tomorrow.
At its peak, Baltimore employed 1,400 staff and had a market capitilisation of £4.3bn. (€6.44bn)
Its remaining 30 staff are expected to lose their jobs tomorrow.
One of the founders of Baltimore is the current chief executive of the Football Association of Ireland, Fran Rooney.
