Government to ban some head shop products

The Government has today approved a ban on a range of products sold in head shops.

The Government has today approved a ban on a range of products sold in head shops.

Tthe ban will take another three months to enforce however, as it requires EU approval.

The Government says the move - under the Misuse of Drugs Act - will mean head shops will not be able to sell the so-called 'legal highs' from June.
