Peter Gamble, 34, was found dead at a house in the Roddens area of Larne, Co Antrim early today.

It is believed he may have died as a result of a domestic row. One man has been arrested and is being questioned by police.

Police said Mr Gamble was involved in a confrontation with another man in the Roddens area around 1am. He was taken to a nearby house where he later died.

A woman and two young children are believed to live in the property.

A female witness was taken away by police to help with the investigation.

Detectives in Larne have appealed to four young people who were at the scene at around 12.30am to get in touch with them.
