Godolphin trainer Saeed bin Suroor will no longer have a team of horses running under his name in the United States.

In recent years the number of horses transferred to the satellite yard has diminished and those horses in America will now be distributed among established trainers in the States.

Racing manager Simon Crisford told their website: “Saeed no longer has a requirement for his own barn in America, but Godolphin will be just as active as before with horses based with our current trainers Kiaran McLaughlin, Tom Albertrani and Eoin Harty.

“Saeed and Mahmood (Al Zarooni) will continue to target certain races in the USA with their European and Dubai based horses.”
