U2 have rearranged their tour of New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Hawaii, which was postponed when a close relative of a band member fell ill.
They will play a total of eight nights in Auckland, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in November, with Kanye West as support. There will be three dates in Tokyo before the Vertigo Tour comes to an end in Honolulu on December 9. Rock group Pearl Jam will also be on the bill for the final concert.
The Vertigo Tour began in the US city of San Diego in March 2005 and took in North America, South America and Europe before being put on hold in March of this year.
The dates which have now been rescheduled were originally supposed to take place in March and April 2006.
