Munster hooker Jerry Flannery is clear to play in the crunch Heineken Cup Pool match against London Wasps at Thomond Park on Saturday.
He will appear before an independent Disciplinary Committee to answer a citing for allegedly stamping on the head of Clermont-Auvergne's Julian Bonnaire on Thursday, January 24, in Dublin.
The independent Disciplinary Committee will be chaired by Christopher Quinlan (England) and also comprising Roger Morris (Wales) and John Doubleday (England).
The citing lodged by the Citing Commissioner for the match, Achille Reali (Italy), was for alleged stamping / trampling on ASM Clermont Auvergne flanker Julien Bonnaire (No 6) in contravention of Law 10.4 (b).
