Eddie Rocket’s creates 30 jobs in Carlow

The 40th Eddie Rocket’s outlet was officially opened today at Shamrock Plaza in Carlow town, creating 30 jobs.

The 40th Eddie Rocket’s outlet was officially opened today at Shamrock Plaza in Carlow town, creating 30 jobs.

The opening ceremony was performed by the Cathaoirleach of Carlow Town Council, Clr Walter Lacey.

“We are thrilled to be opening Eddie Rocket’s Diner in Shamrock Plaza,” said proprietor Catherine Wilson.

“Carlow is a great place to do business with wonderful people.”

The arrival of Eddie Rocket’s was welcomed by Carlow Chamber. CEO Olive Condron stated: “We are delighted to see Eddie Rocket’s coming to Carlow. It is a vote of confidence in doing business in Carlow and a great boost for the town.

“I wish Eddie Rocket’s the very best and a very positive, successful and profitable 2011.”
