Man named in road accident in Limerick

Gardaí have named the man killed in a motorcycle accident in Limerick City early this morning.

Gardaí have named the man killed in a motorcycle accident in Limerick City early this morning.

He was 26-year-old Derek Nolan of O'Briens Bridge in Co Clare.

The accident happened at Old Park Road in Corbally when the man's motorbike crashed shortly after 4am this morning.

He was pronounced dead upon arrival at Limerick Regional Hospital.
