A man has died after being shot in Co. Tipperary this morning.

Gardaí investigate after man dies in Tipperary shooting

A man has died after being shot in Co. Tipperary this morning.

The victim, in his twenties, was killed at a house in the village of Golden, near Cashel at around 6.45am.

It is understood there was another person in the house at the time of the incident.

The scene has now been sealed off.
