Ryanair today won its bid to prevent a Labour Court hearing into a row between the airline and some of its pilots from going ahead tomorrow.

The low fares airline went to the Supreme Court for an injunction claiming the hearing shouldn't go ahead until the appeal of a High Court Decision has taken place.

The lower court found last month that a trade dispute existed but Ryanair is questioning the Labour Court's jurisdiction to investigate it.
