The National Internship Scheme, JobBridge, has been extended to facilitate recent teaching graduates who need classroom experience to complete their training.

The National Internship Scheme, JobBridge, has been extended to facilitate recent teaching graduates who need classroom experience to complete their training.

At present, teachers need a period of probation in the classroom in order to be fully registered with the Teaching Council.

Once they are probated they will then be in a position to take up teaching jobs as they become available.
