Two killed as detached trailer collides with car
Two women have died after their car was hit by a trailer that detached from a truck in Co Galway this morning.
The accident happened just after 6am on the N17 in Cloonacauneen.
The victims are believed to be a mother and daughter.
Gardaí investigating the crash have sealed off the road for technical examination.
