Former Scotland midfielder Gary McAllister will join the Liverpool party when they head off for the Far East tomorrow.
There were fears the 36-year-old might have to remain behind after he suffered ankle ligament damage in the friendly against Bayer Leverkusen in midweek.
But McAllister was given the all-clear today and will join the rest of the players on tour.
Norwegian defender Vegard Heggem is remaining on Merseyside after also being injured against the German side.
He picked up a knock and manager Gerard Houllier feels it is best he gets treatment at Melwood. Steven Gerrard will also stay behind after suffering ankle ligament damage at their training camp.
