McCartney, Devine charges brought

Terence Davison, (aged 49), today appeared in court in Belfast charged with the murder of father-of-two Robert McCartney.

Terence Davison, (aged 49), today appeared in court in Belfast charged with the murder of father-of-two Robert McCartney.

A second man, 36-year-old James McCormick was charged at Belfast Magistrates Court with the attempted murder of Mr McCartney's friend Brendan Devine on the same night.

Both men were remanded in custody until July 1.
