Dissident republicans have been blamed for a blast bomb attack on a police station in Lurgan, Co Armagh, last night.

The device was thrown over the back gate of the police station at around 7pm, but caused no injuries or damage.

Dissident republicans have also been blamed for four hoax devices that were posted to members of local district policing partnerships in the North yesterday.

The devices were intercepted at a sorting office in Mallusk, Co Antrim, last night.
