Ryder Cup Spaniard Miguel Angel Jimenez was in sight of his third win of the season when he led the Omega European Masters by four shots with 12 to play in Switzerland today.

Ryder Cup Spaniard Miguel Angel Jimenez was in sight of his third win of the season when he led the Omega European Masters by four shots with 12 to play in Switzerland today.

Three ahead overnight, 46-year-old Jimenez added birdies on the first and sixth to stand 19 under par.

Cup team-mate Edoardo Molinari – last week’s winner at Gleneagles – had two birdies and a bogey over the same stretch, while his 17-year-old fellow Italian Matteo Manassero was three shots further back in third.
