105-year-old to be laid to rest today

One of the oldest women in Ireland will be laid to rest today after passing away on Wednesday night at the age of 105.

One of the oldest women in Ireland will be laid to rest today after passing away on Wednesday night at the age of 105.

Mrs Rita Duffy will be buried following requiem mass in her home town of Portlaw, Co Waterford.

She is survived by a son, a daughter, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
