Roma striker Gabriel Batistuta has warned Liverpool they will have to stray from their usual game plan if they want to progress in the Champions League.
The Uefa Cup holders defeated Roma en route to their success last term - but Batistuta is confident the Italians are capable of qualifying at Anfield.
A point will be enough to guarantee the Italian Champions a place in the last eight.
Liverpool, on the other hand, must win by two clear goals if they want to qualify for the next stage.
"Liverpool have to play against us and they won't be composed," said Batistuta.
"They play very well on the counter-attack, but tomorrow they won't be able to play their usual game because they have to go out and win.
"It's not going to be easy, but we will stop them. We will play like we always do, and that is to win."
Last season Damiano Tomassi scored the only goal of the game at Anfield, but Liverpool qualified for the last eight of the Uefa Cup thanks to a 2-0 win in Italy.
Batistuta insists the game will not be a repeat of last season's tight affair.
"This will be a different match to last year's," he said.
"We won at Anfield but lost on aggregate. This time we've come here to win."
Batistuta has only played a bit part in Roma's title defence this season, but wants to take part in tomorrow night's crucial clash.
Batistuta's possible strike partner, Vincenzo Montella has refuted suggestions the outcome of the game could rest on the performances of both sides' respective star player - Liverpool's Michael Owen and Roma's Francesco Totti.
"This match is not a confrontation between Owen and Totti, but a confrontation between two really good teams," Montella said.
