Man injured in Dublin gun attack

A man in his 20s is recovering in hospital after he was shot in the leg at his home in Dublin's south inner city last night.

A man in his 20s is recovering in hospital after he was shot in the leg at his home in Dublin's south inner city last night.

The victim was attacked by two men wearing balaclavas who called to his house on Ruben Walk in Rialto at around 9pm.

The 29-year-old was taken to St James' Hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
