Gardaí are continuing to question two teenagers in connection with the murder of a 22-year-old German student in Dublin.

At around 5.30am yesterday morning, two men were stabbed several times in the Herberton apartments on St. Anthony's Road in Rialto.

Both were taken to hospital where one man died, and the other is now said to be in a serious, but stable condition.

Two boys, aged in their mid teens and late teens, were arrested yesterday in the Dublin area and are being detained at Kevin Street Garda Station.
