Laois manager Mick O'Dwyer hailed his side after they sailed through to a third successive Leinster SFC final at Croke Park yesterday.
The O'Moore men were simply unstoppable as they let their football do the talking in a 0-21 to 0-9 semi-final walloping of out-classed Kildare.
And the Kerryman, 69, who took over the Laois reins in late 2002 and secured the county's first Leinster title since 1946 the following summer, is already focusing on on next month's provincial decider with Dublin.
"The lads had an appetite for it," said O'Dwyer in the aftermath of yesterday's demolition.
"Our aim was for a positive start and we got that. Still it's just another game out of the way for the final to come. Our goal will be the final now. We're not looking any further."
Reflecting on the afternoon's events, O'Dwyer added: "It was a great performance from our guys - a great football game. Football was the winner out there. I think it was one of the best performances I've seen from any team out there in fairness. That's a good Kildare team - I don't care what anyone will say."
Despite Laois' obvious momentum, Paul Caffrey's Dublin are 8/11 favourites with some bookmakers to rule the Leinster roost on July 17, despite a patchy display against Wexford.
