The Minister for the Environment, Dick Roche, is vowing to clamp down on illegal waste activities.

The Minister for the Environment, Dick Roche, is vowing to clamp down on illegal waste activities.

Minister Roche says the issue will have the highest priority in his new role.

He has pledged his full support for the Environmental Protection Agency and local authorities in stamping out the problem and dealing aggressively with the offenders, through the courts and otherwise.
