Irish singer Sinead O'Connor is considering a move to Jamaica after falling in love with the Rastafarians she met there while recording her new reggae album Throw Down Your Arms.
The Nothing Compares 2 U singer reveals she sobs every time she leaves the Caribbean island now, and pines for her island friends to join her in Dublin.
Writing in America's Flaunt magazine, O'Connor explains: "I love Jamaica so bad. The people there are magical - so gentle and beautiful. There's a spirituality there of all kinds… I hate leaving the place and the friends I have there now.
"I love them so much and miss them bad, as there aren't any Rastas in Dublin. I would love it if some would move right near me. But it's f**king freezing in Ireland. So Granny's gonna have to get a place in Jamaica."
