Supermodel Kate Moss is the latest celebrity to become embroiled in the baggage chaos at London's Heathrow airport - losing suitcases full of her fashion designs on a trip to Los Angeles.
The catwalk beauty's clothing range collaboration with British store Topshop has been an international success, with the designs sold in 21 countries.
And Moss flew to LA last week for a series of photoshoots to promote the shop's autumn collection - taking a case full of prototypes with her.
But on arrival at the city's LAX airport, the 34-year-old discovered that eight of her bags had disappeared at Heathrow's new Terminal 5 building.
Thousands of passengers have been left bagless and out of pocket after problems with the new baggage-handling system caused major disruption earlier this month.
British Airways have reportedly offered Moss $20,000 (€12,700) in compensation.
Fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell was also caught up in the baggage crisis last week, with a dispute over a lost suitcase reportedly leading to her arrest for allegedly spitting at a police officer.
