West Brom will be without skipper Darren Purse and midfielder Neil Clement as they seek their first Premiership win of the season against Bolton at The Hawthorns tomorrow evening.

Purse has to serve a four-match ban as a result of his sending off against Newcastle last weekend for two yellow cards and being found guilty by the FA of violent conduct, while Clement has already received a one-game ban for his dismissal against Fulham a fortnight ago and a further three-match suspension was handed out by Soho Square for violent conduct.

Club captain Darren Moore is poised to replace Purse and win his first league start of the campaign while Hungarian skipper Zoltan Gera may take over from Clement.

Geoff Horsfield may replace Robert Earnshaw in attack after impressing as a substitute at St James' Park.

Provisional squad: Hoult, Scimeca, Moore, Gaardsoe, Albrechtsen, Koumas, Johnson, Gera, Greening, Kanu, Earnshaw, Horsfield, Kuszczak, O’Connor, Dyer, Dobie, Contra, A Chambers, Robinson.
