Strike action which threatened to disrupt Aer Lingus flights on Monday has been postponed.

Strike action which threatened to disrupt Aer Lingus flights on Monday has been postponed.

This follows an emergency meeting of the IMPACT cabin crew committee, which considered Labour Court recommendations on their dispute with the airline.

The row centres on changes in work practices in return for a delayed 4% pay increase.

IMPACT spokesman Bernard Harbor says the unions wants clarification on some of the court's recommendations and a work to rule would continue.
