Fine Gael has laid out their terms and conditions for participating in a General Election Leaders' debate.

The Party said it will only participate in a five-way debate on RTE on Monday, February 14.

In return for that concession Fine Gael is proposing a three-way debate on Tuesday, February 22 between Fine Gael, Labour and Fianna Fáil on a shared transmission basis.

Fine Gael said it will not be participating in the leaders' debate on TV3 next Tuesday regardless of whether or not Vincent Browne is chairing it.
