The Taoiseach has said the Government utterly rejects the motives of those responsible for this morning's bomb in the London suburb of Ealing Broadway.

The Taoiseach has said the Government utterly rejects the motives of those responsible for this morning's bomb in the London suburb of Ealing Broadway.

Bertie Ahern said he was determined not to allow republican dissidents to thwart the progress in resolving all outstanding issues in the peace process.

He said that such acts will not deter both Governments, the pro-Agreement parties and the overwhelming majority of people who are seeking peace on the island.
