Report: Irish house prices highest in Europe

A study by the European Commission has reportedly found that Irish property prices are the highest in Europe.

A study by the European Commission has reportedly found that Irish property prices are the highest in Europe.

Reports this morning say the research has also found that conveyance fees in Ireland are the fifth highest of the 21 countries surveyed.

The average conveyance fee charged by solicitors in Ireland is calculated at almost €2,500, rising to €4,000 for a €500,000 property.
