New book simplifies legal process

The Department of Justice has published a book which makes interpreting Irish Criminal Law easier.

The Department of Justice has published a book which makes interpreting Irish Criminal Law easier.

The publication puts access to Irish Criminal Law into one book. The published code by an expert group has come about because Irish Criminal Law is currently found across a large number of separate pieces of legislation.

Minister for Justice Michael McDowell has said the previous difficulties in accessing all law on crime will be made simpler through this publication.
