The European Court of Human Rights has agreed to hear the case of convicted murderer, Catherine Nevin.

The European Court of Human Rights has agreed to hear the case of convicted murderer, Catherine Nevin.

The 52-year-old is serving a life sentence after being found guilty of murdering her husband, Tom, eight years ago.

It is believed she will claim that she got an unfair trial due to prejudicial coverage by the media.
