Gardaí and PSNI officers begin 400-mile charity cycle

Members of the Gardaí and the PSNI have teamed up for a 400-mile charity cycle.

Members of the Gardaí and the PSNI have teamed up for a 400-mile charity cycle.

The officers began the five-day trip from Mizen Head in Co Cork to Malin Head in Co Donegal yesterday.

The initiative is designed to promote greater cross-border co-operation and to raise funds to fight cancer on both sides of the border.
