Dublin-based Phoenix Technology Group has partnered with German firm CENIT AG Systemhaus to market their systems management FileNet product.

The FileNet application registers system problems but also identifies potential strife allowing system administrators to take preventative action.

Increased management productivity and availability which results in significant cost savings are a feature of the application, according to Phoenix.

Brenda Reilly, Sales and Marketing Director for Phoenix said today: "We have been working in partnership with CENIT for a number of years selling Phoenix m2 e2 products set in Germany, and we are delighted to extend the relationship with this reciprocal agreement.

"The new products will provide huge savings for both large and small FileNet customers and we are very excited about the potential opportunities. The solution will also enable Phoenix to offer a greater level of support to our customers when they use the new products," Reilly added.

FileNet is mainly used in the insurance and financial services sector and clients include AXA, Royal & SunAlliance, Winterthur Life and Lloyds TSB.
