Three men were in hospital today after paramilitary-style shootings in the North.

Three men were in hospital today after paramilitary-style shootings in the North.

One victim, in his 30s, was shot four times, in both calves and hands. Gunmen seized him in the Alliance Road area of north Belfast last night.

Soon afterwards, two men were shot at Vionville Green in Dundonald, a loyalist stronghold on the eastern edge of the city.

All three were taken to hospital for treatment.
