Two men have been arrested in connection with the seizure of €115,000 worth of Methylone at a house in Bundoran in Co Donegal.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the seizure of €115,000 worth of Methylone at a house in Bundoran in Co Donegal.

The drugs were found during a raid by local officers and members of the Revenue and Garda Regional Support Unit this morning.

A vehicle and mobile phones were also seized.

The men, both of whom are in their early 50s, are being held at Ballyshannon Garda Station.

Methylone, or MDMC, is a chemical that is structurally similar to the better-known MDMA, with similar effects when used as a recreational drug.
