Man arrested in connection with west Dublin murder

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a murder in the west of the city a year ago.

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a murder in the west of the city a year ago.

The man is being questioned about the murder of Damien Dowdall in Clondalkin on January 23, 2007.

Meanwhile, gardaí today said two other men aged 19 and 33 have also been arrested in connection with "serious crime", including firearms offences.
