Benetton are in confident mood ahead of this weekend's San Marino Grand Prix.
The team picked up their first point in the Brazilian Grand Prix thanks to Giancarlo Fisichella's excellent drive.
And now the season has returned to Europe, officials are hopeful to see a continuing improvement.
Technical Director Mike Gascoyne said: "It is good to return to the European races which are, above all logistically easier for the team.
"The engine has shown increased reliability over the first three races and testing last week in Jerez proved very positive.
"The nature of the chicanes at the San Marino Grand Prix should suit the car."
He added: "During the race we will be racing with the new body package that we introduced in Brazil for the whole weekend and I hope we can take a small step forward in competitiveness. "
