Gardaí are appealing for information after two truck drivers died in a Monaghan crash.

Gardaí are appealing for information after two truck drivers died in a Monaghan crash.

The men lost their lives in an early morning collision on the N2 between Carrickmacross and Castleblayney yesterday.

Anyone who witnessed the crash between the two trucks, near the Broomfield junction, is urged to make contact with Gardaí.

It is understood one of the men is from Donegal, while the other is a foreign national.
