Donegal nightclub owner Frank Shortt who was granted a miscarriage of justice certificate is not intending to take legal against the State.

Donegal nightclub owner Frank Shortt who was granted a miscarriage of justice certificate is not intending to take legal against the State.

Mr Shortt is planning to write a book entitled 'Use and abuse of power'.

He said he bore no malice against superintendent Kevin Lennon or Detective Noel McMahon who concealed evidence during his 1995 trial that saw Mr Shortt serve a 3 year jail sentence.
