A major Australian construction contractor is urgently looking for 100 Irish workers to work on the largest natural gas project in Australia's history.

A major Australian construction contractor is urgently looking for 100 Irish workers to work on the largest natural gas project in Australia's history.

JobContax is looking for construction foremen and site managers and it is offering salaries in excess of €140,000.

Employer-sponsored, four-year visas for workers and their families, along with relocation support, are also being offered.

Interviews are being held in the UK and Ireland from November 12-19.

Gamestop have said they plan to hire 140 part-time seasonal sales assistants for its 55 stores across Ireland.

The company said it is looking for people with an interest in gaming and technology.
