Revenue to come under Public Accounts Committee scrutiny

The Revenue Commissioner's role as a collecting agent for the new property tax will come under the scrutiny of the Public Accounts Committee today.

The Revenue Commissioner's role as a collecting agent for the new property tax will come under the scrutiny of the Public Accounts Committee today.

It will also be enquiring if revenue receipts are currently on target for 2013.

The Committee will also inquire whether the Revenue Commissioners has sufficient staff to meet its obligations.
