A 29-year-old man has died following a stabbing in Co Clare.

A 29-year-old man has died following a stabbing in Co Clare.

It happened shortly before 2am today, at Bridge Court, Roslevan in Ennis.

A man in his 20s was also seriously injured in the incident and is being treated at the Mid Western Regional Hospital.

The scene of the stabbing has been sealed off for technical examination and gardaí have begun making house-to-house enquiries.
