Survey highlights gulf in cost of hair care
A new survey has highlighted the large difference in the cost of hair care across the country.
The study, carried out in Consumer Choice magazine, found that prices were higher in Dublin than anywhere else.
It found the most expensive place for highlights and a wash, cut and blow-dry was Toni and Guy on Dublin's Dame Street, coming it at between €190 and €210.
A similar service cost just €80 at the Carrigaline Hair Studio in Co Cork.
