Gilmartin due to resume tribunal evidence
The man whose allegations prompted the Mahon Tribunal's investigation of the Taoiseach is due back in the inquiry's witness box this morning.
Property developer Tom Gilmartin has told the tribunal that rival developer Owen O'Callaghan told him he had paid £80,000 to Bertie Ahern in connection with the Quarryvale project.
Mr Gilmartin is resuming his evidence today after a delay due to ill health.
Former political lobbyist Frank Dunlop, who claims he was deeply involved in bribing politicians, is also provisionally scheduled to resume his evidence on Thursday, but this may be delayed by further questioning of the Taoiseach.
Mr Ahern's next appearance at the tribunal has yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to happen on Thursday.
