Fazer is plotting N-Dubz return in 2014.
The rapper and producer has plans to build up his own production company, Sky's The Limit (STL), as well as releasing his solo debut before reuniting with the group, which he stars in alongside Tulisa and Dappy.
He told Digital Spy: "We're taking about two years out, in which time I hope to build something like a Cash Money or Young Money for the UK.
"I want to discover artists all over the world and turn STL into something credible. One day I hope to sit back and let that run itself and then I can go back to N-Dubz."
Fazer has recently written a track for Rihanna, as well as producing former Tulisa's debut single 'Young' and still sees his N-Dubz bandmates regularly.
He added: "They're family - we all grew up in the same house together. Dappy and Tulisa argue, but for anyone who saw our TV show, they'll know that's nothing new!"
Fazer, real name Richard Rawson, releases 'Killer', his first solo single, on August 26.
