Man dies in accident in Co Tipperary
A man in his 70s died last night when the car he was driving hit another vehicle head-on in Co Tipperary.
The accident happened on the main Clonmel to Fethard road, near the village of Lisronagh at around 6.30pm yesterday.
A female passenger in his car was injured.
A couple and two children travelling in the other vehicle were treated for minor injuries.
The deceased man is believed to be from Co Tipperary, but has not yet been named.
