Wales and Slovenia fail to find target

Wales 0 Slovenia 0

Wales 0 Slovenia 0

John Toshack will take plenty of positives from Wales’ final game before they face England at Cardiff next month – at least they didn’t lose!

The score from Copenhagen produced plenty of amusement from the 10,000 plus crowd at the New Stadium, having watched Toshack’s collection of youngsters and old hands get the better of a draw with a side who could well reach next summer’s World Cup.

John Hartson captained the side in his home city and came closest to scoring with a first half shot kicked off the line – and Wales could easily have snatched a winner in a second half that they dominated.
