'Bush seems stupid' - Castro
Cuban leader Fidel Castro has told his people he hopes new US President George W Bush "isn't as stupid as he seems".
In a speech on state television, he also described his White House adversary as "someone very strange, with very little promise".
Bush is the tenth American President to serve since the 1959 Castro revolution.
